This clock was necessarily a fast turn around project for inclusion at a local fine arts show. Two weeks and done! I needed a clock in a price range that I could sell at a fine arts craft show in Rochester, NY. and this was that clock. I stumbled upon these bargain gears in a dusty old box while walking through a local estate sale - $5 bucks. While the engineer's gear design is not optimal for clocks, I managed to place them in a frame that allows them to move with minimal friction. I'm guessing that these gears are about 30 years old. The person who made them took great care to manage the details. I think you'll agree, they are beautiful.
