M-11 Galileo 1. Walnut, Maple, Paduak, America Holly, East Indian Rose and Brass .

This is the first of two Galileo designs that I have built. This one belongs to my oldest daughter. I wanted to capture her personality in this design. Note the combination of Roman and Arabic numbers in the face. That was a preference I noted when she was looking at watches in a boutique window. The glass top and the bench legs are also comments on her creative and artistic personality. The pendulum bob is a repurposed crystal perfume bottle that I filled with sand from the Key West beaches where her wedding was held.
